The Tavern Keeper slipped you a note under the guise of an unpaid tab in the Bitter End. It seems as if the smuggler Kestrel has need of you. Head to her hideout in Lower Skylight and see what she wants.

The Shrikes have been moving a large assortment of machine parts, all marked with a strange Shrike cant. In an effort to ensure Skylight might procure any future shipments instead, Kestrel asked you to head into the mines and investigate.
